On the 26th October 2022, FAE – Forum de Administradores de Empresas welcomed the Turkish team of parliamentary ladies dedicated to the Project of “Equality for Opportunity for Women and Men”.
In this brief encounter, this delegation had the opportunity to meet Portuguese Businesswomen, who shared their experiences, their views and their perspectives concerning equality of gender in their companies within the Portuguese general context.
Some of the shared ideas, became interesting thoughts of both sides, in what relates the concerns and goals of each one of them, to enforce the ever-growing awareness of needed equality for a fairer world and a more balanced economic, social and environmental global society.
Both parties were grateful for the good discussion that was held, and suggested to keep this networking opportunity alive, so that both countries may take advantage of similar events or related projects, either in Portugal or Turkey.
